In 2026, six of our students sat the Functional Skills Level 1 English exams, which are assessed across three components: reading, writing, and speaking & listening. We are proud to share that all six students passed the reading exam, five students passed speaking & listening, and three students passed the writing component.
Six students also took the Functional Skills Level 1 Mathematics exam, with half of them successfully passing. One student excelled and was entered for the Functional Skills Level 2 Mathematics exam, which they passed on their first attempt achieving both Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications within the same year.
Additionally, one student sat GCSE exams in English Language, Mathematics, and Art. They achieved a grade 2 in both English Language and Mathematics, and a grade 3 in Art.
In science, eight students completed their AQA Entry Level Science courses. Of these, two students achieved Entry Level 1, one achieved Entry Level 2, and four students achieved Entry Level 3. While one student did not pass, we are proud of everyone’s efforts and accomplishments throughout the year.
